The role of the Maintenance Engineer:
As a Maintenance Engineer you will be involved in both the pre-planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns of all plant machinery, including service and repair. The Maintenance Engineer will be working on some hi-tech machinery and will do both electrical and mechanical maintenance on equipment such as injection moulding machines, conveyors and associated plant. The site is also going through expansion so you will be involved in installation and commissioning of new machinery.
The successful Maintenance Engineer must hold an engineering qualification, (electrical preferred but not essential) and hold a minimum 16th Edition. You will be working on both mechanical and electrical breakdowns so must be able to do planned and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery.

Salary & Shift: £30,000 & working an Early & Lates Shift (7am- 2pm, 2pm-10pm)
