An opportunity has arisen to join an established Fit Out contractor of 40 years. |
They have a driven senior management team, and the London fit out business in particular is enjoying considerable success and growth.
They work with blue chip clients, have an excellent reputation and gain considerable repeat business.
They manage CAT A / B & Refurbishment projects, values to £500k -£5m.
As a PM you will take full responsibility of a Project's life cycle.
You will be involved at an early stage, having input on the tender document, leading the client interviews, responsible for the planning and programming.
Take full control of the site, logistics, Site Managers, client liaison, subcontractors, and the commercial aspects.
Depending on size and complexity you may manage a number of projects.
Through to successful delivery of the project, on time and to budget and importantly to the clients satisfaction.
You MUST have UK Fit Out experience with recognised contractors.
You will be able to plan and programme your own projects, ideally with ASTA experience.
You will have a proven track record, demonstrating commitment to current or previous employers.
This is a proper Senior Project Manager opportunity, you might be able to step up, or looking for a new challenge in an excellent working environment.
