This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Director to join one of the UK's leading multi disciplined architectural practices. The role would also be suitable for a Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist who can clearly demonstrate they are ready to progress in their career.
. Prepare concept design layouts for commercial/mix use schemes and be able to progress design information from feasibility through the planning process to tender and construction and on site delivery with good knowledge of the latest construction techniques, all necessary LPA design standards, building regulations, British standards and technical bulletins etc.
. Provide direction to Master Planning, Design Statements, Development Briefs, Design Codes, and detailed layout designs.
. To handle multiple projects within a varied and stimulating workload whilst dealing directly with a range of different clients.
. Self motivated, ambitious, with the ability to work individually as well as working as part of a wider team.
. Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Office software packages. Sketch-up or Revit preferred.
. Sound understanding of developer viabilities and commerciality for large commercial or residential schemes.
. Must be conversant to prepare NBS specifications.
. Educated to degree level.
. Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in all areas of the commercial architectural sector.
. Ideally already at Associate level.
. Must be a member of (ARB/RIBA)
