This well-established and friendly firm of structural engineers and technicians is seeking a technician with building structures experience to join them.
The Consultancy is based a 15 minute walk from Farnham station and parking is available. You will have the opportunity to develop your portfolio and in a variety of sectors including; Educational, Institutional, Historical, Residential, Leisure an Arts, Design Appraisals and more.
Project values typically average around £3-4m and can go up to £20m. Currently they are involved in a large amount of school structures and they also have many residential projects.
You should have a number of years AutoCAD experience to be able to hit the ground running on some commercial and residential projects. There is a dedicated drawing team in place to ensure that CAD standards are kept up to scratch and drawings are completed efficiently.
The consultancy works with Revit also, any experience with structural Revit would be a direct advantage for this role.
Your C.V. should clearly demonstrate your structural drawing capacity and highlight what projects you have worked on.
