As part of Ryhurst`s joint venture with Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Secretary/PA to join the team based at our Preston office in Gossnargh on a 9 month fixed term contract.|
Ryhurst operates only in the health sector and specialises in the management and development of health care property in the acute and mental health sectors. It works in partnership with the NHS, using the combined skills and experience of both partners to deliver the property and associated services needed to support clinical services. Red Rose Corporate Services LLP (RRCS) will deliver all property services on behalf of Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust.
As part of this varied and exciting role, you will provide secretarial support to the Managing Director and the Red Rose team, which is a small but busy team managing Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust's property services.
You will be involved in a variety of tasks which will include taking meeting minutes, management of the team's diaries and booking meetings where required. Assisting with the production of reports and agendas where required using Microsoft packages including Excel and Powerpoint along with our Property Services Databases. You will also be involved with the organisation of events and conferences.
You will be the key point of contact for receiving and responding to enquiries for the senior managers within the department and when necessary you will have the chance to take responsibility of managing the administration team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Team Secretary, PA or Office Manager, with exposure to taking minutes in meetings. Ideally the preferred candidate will have gained this experience within the NHS, but this is not essential as candidates who can demonstrate the key requirement of this post will also be considered. In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent Microsoft Office Package skills (including Word, Outlook and Excel), have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate (written and verbal) with a broad range of stakeholders up to Managing Director level. Above all, the preferred candidate will have a can-do attitude and be keen to work as part of a team or using their initiative to take tasks to successful conclusion.
