This multi-disciplinary property and engineering company are seeking a structural technician to join their London office in EC2. The firm are looking for someone dedicated to delivering excellence across a range of projects and who can join a company with an ethos centred on taking pride in delivering meticulous planning and executing a methodical problem solving approach. You should be passionate and display great attention to detail in order to provide a satisfactory result for the clients.|
You do not need to be a senior and experienced structural technician but your C.V. should demonstrate a number of years of consultancy based in London working in a structural engineering consultancy.
The consultancy works on a variety of different projects both large and small, this requires you to have had experienced in similar projects. You should have a interested in learning structural Revit and any previous knowledge you have would be advantageous.
The team has around 13 staff, you should be an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communications skills.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
* Have some years experience of structural drawing within a consultancy environment
* Possess good knowledge of drafting design solutions in some of the main materials (steel, concrete, masonry)
* Have excellent communication skills and great initiative in order to overcome challenges
This role will see you given the opportunity to take part in the detailed structural drawing of a broad range of projects including:
