Quantity Surveyor - Project QS|
My client is a specialist construction consultancy providing quantity surveying, project management, cost management and planning services across a broad range of major projects. These include major civil engineering, building and infrastructure works throughout London and the home counties.

We are looking for individuals who have the drive and desire to push their career forward, you may not have all the skills right now but you will be keen to learn and quick to develop what you already know and what you have taken on board.
You will be someone who relishes being part of a close knit team, able to work alongside others but also keen to give an opinion and make suggestions that can be collectively appraised and implemented if they fit the criteria. Because this is very much a client facing role you will need excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with clients, representatives, contractors, sub-contractors and directors.
We would like you to:-
Have a degree in Quantity Surveying
Have 2-5 years+ experience to include NEC forms of contract
Be happy to work across London and the Home counties
Have the desire to join an emerging business with real opportunity to grow your career
