Monthly submissions of the small projects strategy - Collecting data, Duty of cares, testing and batch information sheets.

This gives a strict schedule of testing that must be met for both sites before material can be sold as a product. Also tests potential inbound material to ensure we are able to take the material and process it. Lease with customers and the transport team to ensure all relevant testing gets to the customer before the material has left site. Also to include ground water testing and wash plant water testing to ensure there is no risk of cross contamination.

Batch Processing - To log data for each processed batch of material through the wash plant. This includes hazardous, street cleaning residue and grits. Consolidation of customer analysis, our own analysis, loads, contamination type, processing dates and material destinations in one place.

Water testing - Using the photo analyser we have on site test the surface water, ground water and any other areas of potential harm for ammonium, sulphate, nitrite and COD following the correct collection and testing procedure and logging the data.

Updating and maintaining the SharePoint/IMS - Updating any procedures, logging non-conformance issues and uploading CAR forms to the system.

Present processing data - Using process tonnage given by the plant operators consolidate data on a specific batch to present to customers by way of spreadsheets and graphs to show how their material has been proceed and what the end destinations is.

Monitor water levels - Monitor and inspect water levels and quality around site. Organise tanker to remove excess water in containment ditches if it could potentially cause contamination to the SSSI.

Report to MD and Commercial manager - a fair portion of tasks on a weekly basis could be non-specific one offs from the MD or commercial manager. These may range from creating spreadsheets, toolbox talks, training, data consolidation, flow chart creation and a variety of other tasks that may be of high importance meaning all other tasks my need to be put on hold until the specific task is completed.

Waste returns - Every three months collect data for Site manager on all material entering and leaving site for Long ships and Newton road sites for him to submit to the NRW. This is done separately for hazardous and non-hazardous/inert material. This information comes from several sources and must be all accounted for on the waste returns.
