Job Title: - Assistant Site Manager

Location: - Oxford

Salary: - £25,000 - 40,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Health Care + Pension + Holiday

My client is a well respected regional contractor based in Oxford. Due to new contracts secured and growth within the business a new role has arisen as an Assistant Site Manage to aid in the construction of various schemes in the Thames Valley area. My client has a fantastic track record of successful projects, their portfolio ranges from commercial, education, health care & industrial with value of contracts ranging from £3 Million to £30 Million. Predominantly they operate within a geographical area of Berkshire, Oxford and Wiltshire

The role predominantly will be managing the on site labour and learning whilst working hand in hand with a more experienced site or project manager. For the right individual there will be an opportunity to run your own smaller scheme as a project lead up to £500,000. This is an excellent role for the right individual who is looking to grow with a large regional business and develop their career on a more one to one basis within a family envrionment.

Key responsibilities

* To aid in the delivery of the construction process
* Manage the on site sub-contractors
* Provide contact for the client
* health & Safety/Site inductions
* Compliance checks again specifications.
