Net Temps is currently looking to recruit an Intermediate to Senior Quantity Surveyor for a permanent position with a main, design & build, regional contractor based in the Lincolnshire area.|
This contractor started in the early 1900's as a family business. Over time they have grown to a large, multi million pound turnover group with multiple regional offices across a large proportion of the country. Incorporating various elements of construction and civil's under the company banner.

Due to natural growth and development, a permanent Intermediate to Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for the Lincolnshire office. Areas of operation are limited to Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas.
Ideally, applicants must have recent experience as a Quantity Surveyor, a degree in Quantity Surveying or extensive experience as a QS. Experience in construction is a must. Design and Build preferably, with knowledge on NEC3 and JCT contracts.
