Business Development Executive required for a family run company based in Salisbury. Salary is £18,000-£20,000 + commission based on confirmed appointments and sales revenue generated. This is a permanent position, Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch. However, part-time hours would also be considered.|

As a Business Development Executive you will be required to generate new business from cold calling client lists as well as following up on quotes, arranging appointments for the sales representatives, acting as Office Assistant to the Sales Department and continually maintaining and updating the CRM system.
The ideal candidate will have previous telesales experience and a can do attitude that is not afraid to pick up the phone to call new and existing customers. You must be articulate with an excellent telephone manner and possess good communication skills, written and oral. You must be both a good team player, self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative. If you enjoy talking to people, are persuasive and can build relationships quickly then this is for you.
