My client based in Leatherhead, Surrey have an urgent requirement for a 1st Line Helpdesk Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst for an initial 4 month contract.

Our ideal candidate will need to have a good level of experience working on a busy service desk and have worked with the following:

- MS Windows 7
- Microsoft Office
- Helpdesk/Call Logging software
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Active Directory

The main duties of this role will be to provide service desk support ensuring that all calls are dealt with in the correct manner and prioritised/assigned to the relevant areas. Initially you will be required to work away from home, whilst the service desk competes it's transition. Once this has been completed, you will be based from my clients offices based in Leatherhead
