The JM Group is working with a large Blue Chip company and is seeking an experienced Bid Manager on a part-time (2 days a week) contract basis in Hertfordshire.|
This role will involve managing, producing and co-ordinating high quality and innovative Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and tender responses.
The ideal Bid Manager will have the following skills and experience:
*Strong experience managing bid's from start to finish
*Excellent understanding of the bid process
*Local Authority Experience
*Excellent stakeholder engagement skills both internal and external
*Strong experience developing tenders
*Able to effectively identify tender opportunities
*Outstanding negotiation and influencing skills
*Solid legal knowledge and understanding of the main forms of contract
*Understand the procurement process
*Advanced understanding of regulatory requirements
*Exceptional communication skills
*Excellent customer service skills and able to work effectively with legal, finance and business development teams.
