This is a very client-facing role so this would suit someone who get excited by being the single point of contact for clients, a Product Manager who considers themselves absolutely tech- and market-savvy and prides themselves on always being the first to identify a product opportunity. |
The right kind of Product Manager we are looking for is very customer-oriented - you will have to fully understand our clients, their requirements and their systems, and how our products will integrate with their existing systems.
This means you are keen to understand all user requirements so you are not afraid to take part in workshops or trainings, writing good user stories to translate to our development team and then work with them under an Agile methodology to ensure our products delight our customers, delivering demos, ensuring usability and customer engagement. There is a lot of back-end Data that would integrate with the front-end part of the products, so a good technical understanding of programmatic platforms or API integrations would be a benefit.
We are looking for someone highly ambitious to bridge the gap between Marketing and Tech, ideally with a background in working on user-heavy and data-focused products. Your job will be to offer new ideas to make the product line more competitive based on feedback from the Marketing and Dev team, prioritising customer conversion, user retention and user satisfaction.
