In this job...
Ensure the smooth running of ICT systems to facilitate Teaching, Learning, Administration and Leadership
Allow the effective use of ICT by Teaching Staff, Admin Staff, Leadership and Students and to improve both their understanding of ICT and their experience of its use
Provide remote and face to face technical support in line with the academy's ICT support service definition
Support pupils and staff in the appropriate use of ICT, through advice or training
Involves regular travel between local sites to provide support function
Working hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Networking and Architecture
Mobile and Operating System
Coding and Logic
Apprenticeships and Vendor qualifications L3
Advanced Apprenticeship Infrastructure Technician Level 3 (equivalent to A- level educational level), MTA Networking Fundamentals, MTA Mobility and Devices Fundamentals, MTA Cloud Fundamentals, One Microsoft MOC on demanded course.

What happens when I finish my apprenticeship...
Apprentices may get the opportunity to apply for a permanent role or to continue as an apprentice and complete the next level qualification. This is dependent on roles being available.
