We are offering a number of exciting opportunities for bright, enthusiastic and customer focused candidates to join us for an IT Apprenticeship. This will see you become fully qualified and experienced Service Desk Analysts with four international qualifications at the end.

- Integration with existing Service Desk Team, building up valuable hands on work experience

Your training will...

Start with an 18-24 month Higher IT apprenticeship, which consists of training in small groups and work-based assessment, with modules that could include: Management in IT, Data communications and networking, IT consulting skills and Project management.

You will gain City & Guilds Level 4 Diplomas in IT Systems and Principles, and IT Professional Competence. This fantastic opportunity can potentially lead to you earning £30k in the IT sector.

Who should apply...

- Someone who has good organisation skills, enthusiasm for IT and leadership skills
- Someone who is team player
- The successful candidate should have A levels in ICT, or an advanced apprenticeship in a similar subject, or an International baccalaureate at level 3 in ICT.

What happens when I finish my apprenticeship...

On completion of your apprenticeship and final review, vacancies permitting you will become a full time member of the ITS team.
