We're looking for an apprentice to join and grow our helpdesk, you will receive class room based training as well as on the job training and will be fully supported throughout. You will not only be technically trained you will also be trained to be a customer service expert.

In this job you will be...
- Managing and supporting 1st line tickets
- Proactive monitoring
- System and backup checks
- Support existing customers managed services agreements
- Implementing first time fixes
- Escalating tickets where needed
You will be working within a small young highly skilled technical team as an apprentice 1st line technical analyst supporting Prestige Logic's hosted infrastructure and clients. You will need to be trustworthy, willing to go the extra mile and on the odd occasion be willing to work outside of your usual hours. Within your role you will be working within our agreed Service Level Agreements delivering quick responses and resolutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
