In this job you will...
Administer website content changes on an on-going basis to ensure its content and accessibility meets user needs
Moderate online forums throughout the day, releasing and editing posts and reporting on usage
Monitor customer satisfaction levels, through web statistics, feedback and discussion with relevant groups, questionnaires, and other methods
Work with the Marketing Manager to plan, develop and execute integrated offline and online digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, SEO implementation, content planning and email campaigns
Assist with the production of printed literature
Undertake some general office administration duties including the processing of self-employed workers' time sheets
Your training will...
Start with a 12-14 month Digital Marketing apprenticeship, which consists of training in small groups and work-based assessment, covering: Search - SEO and PPC, Design, Online advertising, Email marketing, Social media and Image and video editing.
You will gain a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Digital Marketing. This fantastic opportunity can potentially lead to you earning £30k in a Digital Marketing role.
