You will be working for...

A leading provider of total Telephony and IT solutions in the world of hospitality in the UK, nationwide. You'll be working within a friendly, supportive & progressive working environment in a business with a rapid expansion plan.

In this job you will be...

- Answering the phone and logging faults
- Doing proactive management of own cases, and contribute to clearing the case load
- Communicating updates with the customer and updating the CRM database with all info

Apart from the course training, our company offer in house training and development. We would look to employ a qualified apprentice as a full time permanent employee after course completion at which point we will look at competitive market salary rate.

It is possible to gain extra pay before the end of the training period, once deemed suitable to assist in cover of the out of hours on call rota.

- Cloud Services
- Coding and Logic
- Business Process

Apprenticeships and Vendor qualifications L3

Advanced Apprenticeship Infrastructure Technician Level 3 (equivalent to A- level educational level), MTA Networking Fundamentals, MTA Mobility and Devices Fundamentals, MTA Cloud Fundamentals, One Microsoft MOC on demanded course.

Who should apply...

An IT enthusiast, team player, communicative and polite with customers and team members, organised with good work ethic. Someone with ideally 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English

Other Important information:

Daily working hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm

Statutory holiday and sick entitlement.
