My client, an established international software provider is seeking an experienced individual to create, deploy and manage a computer-based training (CBT) and accreditation course to internal and external users for online, virtual and teacher-led classroom environments.|
Reporting to the Senior Knowledge Manager this strategically important role will help deliver on the company's ongoing commitment to manage and develop the 'knowledge loop' - the passage of essential product information, training and use cases across internal and external customers.
Your ability to build and manage virtual training environments is also of interest, as are a mix of the following skills and experience:
• A formal education or working background in computer science or scientific discipline, ideally within big data or IT operational analytics environments.
• Working knowledge of some of the following would be beneficial: Lua scripting, SQL query language, basic mathematics (including algorithms), SSR, TSR, JSON, YAML, APIs, schemas, and Logstash
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to be at the pointy end of the launch of a product suite that is set to transform the way that global businesses treat big data. You'll be highly visible in the organisation, will be encouraged to proactively improve how this company gets knowledge from inside the heads of their employees and into the hands of their customers, and you will be encouraged to share your views at the highest levels within this medium-size organisation.
In time, there's a real opportunity to establish yourself as the 'go-to' expert in all company matters relating to training and accreditation, and to be the owner of a class-leading training and accreditation programme
