Office 365 Post Implementation Training and Development|
Our client is currently in the process of rolling out Office 365 across their business. They are looking for a Training/Development type individual who will support this implementation by working with the end users to help familiarise them with the changed environment and ensuring they gain the best from this new technical solution. There is a technical team in house to support the day to day technical requirements, this is more to ensure the benefits of using a more collaborative type of environment, sharing documents, producing video clips to use across the organisation and more 'how to' questions.
Training and ongoing coaching on the use of Office 365.
Understanding business processes, needs and problems and ensuring systems usage is linked in with these processes.
Creating and delivering presentations/workshops to groups of end users and on a one-to-one basis.
Creating training support material.
Assisting Office Managers with day-to-day 'How do I?' questions as necessary.
You will have:
A minimum of 3 years' experience of working within a similar type role or training environment with a good level of exposure to business processes and systems,
Experience of composing and delivering presentations/workshops/training,
Hands-on software troubleshooting and product support experience would be a bonus although not essential,
High level of drive and be motivated to go the extra mile to deliver key messages. Ability to work independently and in a team,
Excellent oral communication skills and hands-on problem solving skills,
The role relies heavily upon softer inter-personal skills; the need for an approachable personality along with the ability to persuade and sell-in (using a range of training methods) the vision of getting the business to make better use of technology. However, a solid grounding and grasp of technical concepts will also be required.
