Our in-house team of technology consultants allows us to customise solution development to specifically meet client requirements; using cloud based technologies and all biometric platforms including: iris recognition, face recognition, fingerprint recognition, hand recognition and vein recognition. Industry-based best practice and project management methodology, our solution and service offerings help clients realise the full benefit of strong authentication and behavioural analytics.

In this job you will...
- Use your I.T. skills help troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Get involved in the setup and configuration of our biometric hardware and software customers for our products and services across the globe
- Help support our software developers by testing software solutions prior to them being released to our customers
- Provide remote technical support to HRS engineers who are installing our products on sites across the U.K.
- Provide input into our product roadmap, helping shape the future direction of our product set
- Assisting with decommission/QA testing
- Assisting with PreConfig of equipment
- Assist with software site setup; Pre-enrolment set-up, delivery management, logins and enabling jobs that prepare for builds
- Give on-site support (good development for support role)
Your starting salary will be £8,000, reviewed after 12 months. In addition you will receive 24 days holiday entitlement, up to 5% discretionary bonus, generous pension scheme, and a whole host of lifestyle benefits
