Service Desk Analyst - Cambridge - £20,000 - £23,000 - 6 Month Contract|
CAMBRIDGE, United Kingdom - You will provide 1st Line support to a range of customers across the globe and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. You will answer service Desk calls, meeting agreed KPI's and also manage emails sent to the Service Desk.
As a senior Service Desk Analyst you will mentor and train members of the team- Plan, monitor and schedule work as well as delegating your own. Furthermore, you will understand key processes such as incident management, service requests and Service Level management.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in a service Desk environment
- Knowledge of Active Directory
