Method Engineer (MAXIMO) / Maintenance Co-ordinator|

Our client are one of the worlds largest industrial engineering companies which designs and supplies machines, process equipment and production lines. A Method Engineer is required for a three month contract working at a new site.
You will report directly to the Site Manager, and will be involved in implementing and monitoring a maintenance contract. You will define and deploy a continuous improvement process and suggest innovative solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Drawing up the preventive maintenance plan and maintenance procedures, based on internal and/or external resources (practices used, existing maintenance procedures, expected results, etc.) as defined under the contract.
Implementing and monitoring performance indicators.
Organizing and administering of CMMS
Developing a customer interface: attending technical meetings, organizing and leading monitoring meetings.
Defining and running a continuous improvement process with a strong added value for the customer (areas for financial gain, stock optimization, maintenance cost optimization, etc.).
Developing machine training documents.
Considering and formalizing innovative proposals for improvements to existing systems (Basics of design office mechanics: CAD, system dimensioning, strength of materials, etc.)
Monitoring the periodic regulatory inspections
Carrying out FMEACs and RCMs in order to increase equipment reliability.
Ensuring compliance with the internal security, quality, and cleanliness policies and application of the 5S method.
You have an engineering degree and have had a successful initial experience in maintenance methods for industrial environments. You are familiar with a broad range of maintenance methods and are expert in: RCM, TPM, 5S, FMEAC, PDCA, and different CMMS tools.
Your creativity and your ability to propose innovative solutions are key to your success.
Mastery of basic IT applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
Initially the role is a three month contract and remuneration is commensurate with experience.
