Your new company
Your new company has a worldwide presence and specialises in the design and manufacturing of niche parts for specific industries i.e. automotive. They are small to medium sized manufacturer and are based in the beautiful seaside town of Lytham St Annes.
Your new role
You'll be familiar with CNC machining, inspection of machined parts and CMM measurement, and working within an ISO9001 or TS16949 environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring all parts have been manufactured, processed, inspected, packed & released in accordance with all customer and internal requirements and are 100% conforming.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have an excellent base knowledge of engineering and have a minimum of 3 year's inspection experience. You will be someone who is of a senior quality level or someone who is ready to step up to a senior role. You'll be required to make decisions and control a busy inspection office, managing 3 inspectors. You'll be confident and capable in dealing with customers and you should have a good understanding of quality systems, quality documentation, corrective actions and internal audits.
