Our client is a market leading manufacturing business, supplying its products to a worldwide market.
Business growth has created an opportunity for a Parts Coordinator to join this expanding business.
Provide daily support and customer service for the direct sales force in the areas of applications, proposal work and order processing/ management.
Reviewing of spare parts enquiries, checking product codes against records, interfacing with factories, sales force and sales representatives, along with order processing and expediting.
Prepare quotations interpret / clarify customer needs select correct parts.
Produce all quotation to customers out lining required parts plus any additional parts required to rebuild the product.
Interpret customer requirements and coordinate special requests.
Coordinate with customers the return of wrong or incorrectly ordered parts through RMO (return material order) process.
Maintain past price agreements and work on new opportunities - supporting sales and visit customers as required.
Good understanding and Industrial experience in spare parts selection with 2-5 years' experience in the spare parts industry.
