*Create content plans for administration, installation, deployment and SDK guides, online help, and other documents
*Produce documentation estimates and schedules based on feature changes and contribute this information to the development of the documentation plan for a release.
*Develop information for audiences that range from highly technical to basic users, and produce final, professional-quality product documentation on schedule
*Coordinate document reviews with engineering and QA, and assess and incorporate feedback
*Education: Bachelor's degree or certificate in Technical Writing, Professional Writing, or related field.
*Experience & Skills
*Experience researching, writing, and editing: administration, installation, deployment, developer, and end-user product documentation, release notes, including online help.
*Expert knowledge of Madcap Flare and Framemaker
*Ability to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks on schedule
*Capable of working on multiple projects at the same time and prioritizing work appropriately
*UX, Accessibility and Usability experience
*Good working knowledge of Acrobat, WebWorks, 3+ years of software development experience.
*Good communication skill and team work spirit
*Good verbal and written English skills
*Familiarity with HTML, XML, Java, C and other programming languages will be a plus.
