Our client is looking for an experience Contracts Manager to oversee and coordinate over 30 custom projects each year in the Super Yacht fitout industry. You'll be analysing and ensuring that each project is conducted within commercial agreements, timeframes and budgetary contracts. Working closely with the Project Management Teams, you should have experience coordinating multiple contracts and project management for technical contracts in the marine build or fitout industry.
What you'll be doing:
Coordinating the contractual agreements of all custom projects
Maintaining internal and client contractual agreements, ensuring budgetary requirements and payment agreements are met
Liaising with the Sales team, advising on prospective projects' contractual agreements and terms.
Assessing all projects to ensure they are being managed in line with internal terms and client agreements.
Forecasting and planning project programs, including managing personnel requirements for build and installation.
Undertaking regular project meetings with internal and external key stakeholders.
Assist in the direct management of specific custom projects where required.
Oversee project budgets, liaising with production and sales teams to maintain profit margins, advise on low margin projects and cost reduction strategies.
Working closely with the technical departments to forecast the engineering and design requirements, reviewing the products, materials and supply chain to support the New Product Development strategy.
What you will need:
Experience in Technical Project Management for the marine industry
Experience of high value multiple contracts management
Ideally qualifications in project management or contract management, i.e. Prince 2 or IACCM
Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental for production and installation in marine environments
