This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Driller (Cable Percussion) to join an enthusiastic team delivering ground investigation and geotechnical services to a wide range of clients across the UK with the UK's number one testing, inspection and compliance company.
Client focused and quality driven, we are a leading provider of Infrastructure Services. Now we need an experienced Lead Driller (cable percussion) based in our Wokingham office, undertaking site investigations primarily in London and South West England but occasionally further afield. Your challenge will include:
Safely setting out and advancing cable percussion boreholes, carry out in-situ testing, installing monitoring wells & backfilling boreholes in accordance with site specification;
Comply to all ESG Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies and site specific EH&S requirements at all times
Produce site records including, but not limited to; daily drilling logs, pre-start drilling rig checks, dynamic risk assessments, vehicle records
Work with project managers and site engineers to ensure field work is delivered safely and efficiently whilst maintaining high quality standards.
We're looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated individual with ability to work alone and as part of a team. Communicative, organised, flexible and committed, you must also have:
Full Clean UK Driving License with licence to tow
Valid CSCS card
Level 2 NVQ in Land Drilling
Mobility, flexibility and commitment.
