Facilities Engineer position available in a reputable and professional global manufacturer. The company are able to provide job security in a great working environment with high staff retention.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Facilities Engineer with solid site services maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment. Ideally you will be apprentice trained or hold experience of a similar position being able to carry out electrical installations and general fault finding.

The role will sit solely on the sites facilities and will suit an engineer with experience of facilities, site services or technical facilities maintenance. You'll be maintaining and installing a varied range of equipment across a large manufacturing site including: pumps, motors, compressors, lights, vacuum pumps, compressed air systems, PAT testing, basic plumbing/pipework, air conditioning (basic repair and checks), cardboard balers, shredder and vacuum lifters. You will also carry out any other work as necessary such as hanging doors, automatic door fault finding, monoblock wall installations, controlling contractors, spares ordering and room refurbishments. You will join a call out rota with 4 other engineers.
* Site services/facilities maintenance experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment would be advantageous
* Mechanically biased/multi-skilled
* Apprentice trained and/or level 3 qualified within a relevant field ideally
