A fantastic opportunity to join a Global multinational manufacturing organisation as a Test Engineer delivering the highest quality products in an innovative and renowned industry.
Develop test programs using Labview/TestStand programming languages to improve reliability, and reduce test time (and hence cost) of electronic circuit designs produced by the company.
Design and build new test fixtures which includes designing and building of PCBAs using Mentor Graphics schematic capture tools.
To engineer the testing of new product into new or existing suppliers.
To investigate multiple failures of electronic designs and take corrective action as necessary.
To succeed in this challenging, people focused business, you will:
Degree Qualified in Electronics.
Minimum of 2 year's experience in electronics test design & development.
Experience of LabVIEW/TestStand programming languages
Experience of fault finding down to component level
Good documentation and report writing skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
Positive, can-do attitude
Excellent communication at all levels.
Problem solving mind-set.
