Sage 200 Consultant to do software implementation & training for a Berkshire based small reseller of around a dozen people. They may be small but over the years they have grown a fabulous local client base, and they now work with Sage ERP X3, Sage CRM, Sage 50 and Sage Business Intelligence as well as Sage 200 and 200 Online. Package of around £40k with £5k car allowance.|
I advertise a lot of Sage 200 roles, and as a Consultant you probably think "well what's the difference between one reseller and another"? They all have differences, better management perhaps, more responsibility, some are busier than others - and in the case of this company one of their USP's is that the majority of their client base are pretty local businesses and you will certainly not have to do any overnight stays.
So if you are a Sage 200 Consultant who is tired of traipsing up and down the length and breadth of the UK, and you would like to go home to your family every night, then you should consider a move to this terrific little successful company. Plus, you will get opportunities to expand your skillset and work with Sage ERP X3.
You all know what's needed - you'll be taking requirements from the clients, running the workshops, configuring Sage 200, working with Crystal Reports, doing the software implementation, training the users and handling the post go-live hiccups and hand holding.
They also need a Sage 200 Support Consultant so if you are in the Support / Helpdesk area at the moment, this would be a good move with plenty of opportunities to become a Consultant in the future.
If you have Sage 200 implementation & training experience and fancy a move to a smaller reseller where what you do will really make a difference, AND you won't have so much travel, then this is worth a look.
