Further to a successful campaign of business growth, we are working closely with one of our injection moulding manufacturing partners to appoint an experienced Injection Moulding Setter.|
Job overview: Working exclusively for our client, an injection moulding manufacturer and assembly specialist plastic components, we are looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of an Injection Moulding Setter within their busy production environment. The role of the Injection Moulding Setter will be to set, condition, maintain & optimise several injection machines & oversee Robot program changes.
For this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience of setting injection moulding machines and experience with process optimisation, tool setting, tool changes, basic machine maintenance and trouble shooting.

• Promote and facilitate a lean manufacturing culture
• Promote and manage a safe working environment
• Set machine and processing equipment to specification
• Analyse and implement process improvement solutions
• Identify methods for improving productivity within the production department
• Maintain levels of raw materials and finished goods
• Carry out in-process inspection to required Quality criteria and schedule
