Excellent opportunity for a Financial manager to join a company that will offer you a varied role where you will play a major part in its growth and development.

This is an international company who specialise in the design and manufacturing of bespoke lifting equipment, providing products to the wastewater, oil and gas, food processing and clean room industries, to meet their individual unique needs. 2016 is set to be an exciting year for the company as they move into a new state of the art manufacturing and office facility and they plan to double turnover.

The Finance Manager will contribute to the achievement of the organisation's business plan objectives and the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for all staff in the Accounts team.

This is a great role for a Financial manager to join a company that will offer you a varied and challenging role.

The Role:

*To oversee the daily activities of the Finance team, including all outputs of the management accounts, financial planning and analysis and working capital functions and the financial systems' team
*To ensure that appropriate financial records, procedures and processes are maintained, to produce accurate accounts to the deadlines required.
*To oversee the production of the monthly management accounts.
*To oversee the production of budgets including the 3 year plan, cash flow and balance sheet budgets.
*To oversee the planning, interim and year-end audit processes by ensuring that deliverables are actioned by the dates specified by the external auditors and that any queries are promptly resolved.
*To manage the production of the consolidated statutory accounts.
*To manage VAT affairs, including continuous monitoring of the VAT partial input recovery rates
*To manage the production of high quality monthly financial reports for presentation to the MD.
*To manage the working capital requirements of the organisation.
*To manage the performance of the financial systems, the working capital, financial planning and analysis and management accounts team to ensure that individual and team's KPIs and objectives are being met.

The person:

*ACCA Qualified
*Degree level Business and Finance
*Experience as a financial manager within a SME business.
