The Salesforce Information Manager (SIM) contributes to the success of the UK affiliate by acting as the bridge between business users and technical IT reporting to the Head of IT.

The SIM role requires the use of application experience and business understanding to support the ongoing delivery and development of Salesforce requirement and associated plugin/applications.

Salesforce Information Manager:

Day to day duties:

• To provide cross application support and consultancy for assigned business area/function.
• To develop a sound understanding of the business systems and processes and use this as a basis to influence change by feeding into the decision making process in a timely manner.
• To use a project management approach to facilitate change
• To act as backup for other Information Managers in line with the Information Manager Strategy to ensure knowledge sharing across the IT department
• You will be a key member of a friendly fun but hardworking team!

Salesforce Information Manager:

Head office-based role with national and potential international travel required. Member of UK IT department and selected collaborative teams (Digital Marketing for example). Potential UK representative on an International initiatives, if delegated by Head of IT.

What we are looking for:

• A solid Salesforce experience gained in a similar role
• Computer proficiency
• A proven track record of teamwork with nontechnical client staff and colleagues, with strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong Project Management Skills.
• A proven track record of successfully project delivery with at least two full project lifecycles completed.
• Knowledge of Salesforce essential
• Knowledge of Salesforce related applications preferred.
• Knowledge of Project Management essential.
• Knowledge of change management essential.
• Skills related to working in matrix teams preferred
• Microsoft office literate essential
• Fluent English language knowledge, written and verbal essential
