Our client, a growing IT services company has an opportunity for a 1st line helpdesk support engineer to join their in-house team. You shall be supporting their clients on the phone, identifying, prioritising each job and troubleshooting using technical procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering excellent customer service, be technically minded and a fast learner. You will be expected to be smart and presentable with good communication skills both on the phone and in person.

Applicants will need to have experience with some if not most of the following Windows 7 / Win 8 / Win 10, Antivirus, Backup, Exchange / Office 365, Server 2008, 2012R2, Active Directory etc. Though training will be provided. Knowledge of the following would be advantageous - routers, switches, firewalls, VPN's, TCP/IP, networking and troubleshooting
