Our Client, who is a regional main contractor that specialises within the high end market within the housing, education and commercial sector; The client operates across Hampshire, Berkshire & Wiltshire with projects ranging from £500K - £4 Million.
Due to growth and securing a multiple of jobs this has sparked a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Working Foreman to join family owned business to deliver bespoke contracts across a wide range of sectors, the role would witin the management capacityand managing a circa of 30 plus carpenters.
The successful candidate will:
* Have an extremely good eye for detail
* Be able to think on their feet and problem solve
* Be self-motivated
* Have the ability to manage a large work load without supervision
* Have excellent people and management skills
* Have excellent communication and time management skills
* Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
* Have experience of cost control and materials purchasing
* First Aid, CSCS and SMSTS would be an advantage
