SENIOR Q/S / PROJECT MANAGER - HOUSE BUILDING|
Salary: £65,000 + attractive package
Mackenzie Stuart are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager on behalf of a rapidly developing successful house builder. The reputable house builder is looking for an individual with a Q/S and Project Manager background who is able to manage sites independently and effectively.
*Required to operate on various sites and be predominantly site based.
*Leadership of the project team managing all costs from initial calculations down to final figures.
*Opportunity to be part of a highly cohesive team with a view to developing shares within the company.
*Ultimate responsibility for programme, quality and budget management.

*Significant experience within a Senior QS and Project Manager role with a successful track record of leading teams to project completion on time and in budget.
*Experienced with all aspects of managing construction from: Planning, Resource Allocation, Budget Management through to Managing Staff.
*At least 5-7 years House building industry experience
*Excellent report writing and information management.
*Exceptional leadership abilities.
*A relevant QS Degree to the minimum of bachelor's standard.
*The successful candidate will have a strong sense of independence and ability to operate efficiently.
