A large Property management retailer specialising in the Trade industry (Plumbing and Electician industry) have 2x incredible opportunties to join their well established business in South West London.

As an Electircian Sales Consultant you will have the opportunity to work up the ranks into a Senior or Management position within 12 months with an increase in salary, earning potential and further career opportunities.

Job description

* Serving and meeting customers needs with exceptional household and DIY product knowledge;
* Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleagues, and maximising sales by providing high levels of customer service in all areas including answering phones promptly, handling queries, orders and customers' demands efficiently and accurately;
* Ordering and preparing orders;
* Create a team work ethic and delegate so that product sales and knowledge is continually refreshed and passed through empowering team members to make suggestions and add feedback value to the store and business;
* Continually search and cross reference competitors for sales trends and new products, additionally going to product sourcing events and implementing new categories and new product into the store remit;
* Continually develop data retention methods and demographic trends via talking to customers and developing an idea of what the local customer base is requiring and potential trends and acting upon them;
* Develop product knowledge within the given specialised category and manage the products' research, analysis and marketing;
* Planning the development of yearly innovation of core product, including product listings, determine sales prices and marketing campaigns;
* Ensuring that stock placement and acceptance (inc. security plans are established) of stock followed in accordance to set procedures;
* Training other staff of their products and services (junior and managers) and day to day staff management;
* Must strive to maintain an excellent relationship to the suppliers, acting as their first point of contact and serving as the company's representative;
* Potential key-holder and alarm code user;
* Ensuring compliance across the business whilst representing the company's ethos and values
