A Regional Contractor operating in the East Midlands construction market is currently seeking to recruit a Trainee Estimator. As part of a small team this is an opportunity to add real value to a company that prides it's self of their reputation to complete projects on time, to budget and to the complete satisfaction of their clients.
The company offer and deliver a complete building service to their clients; from traditional construction through to design and build and turnkey solutions, across a range of sectors including residential, education, industrial, healthcare, heritage and retail and leisure.
They predominantly carry out structural alterations, refurbishment and fit-out projects, and their M&E projects are generally valued between £500,000 and £3million in value.
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor Graduate that is interested in pursuing a career in Estimating and Quantity Surveying.
