Our Client, who is a market leader and operates across Berkshire & South West London who specialises within the commercial, education, health care, industrial and care home sector; with projects ranging up to £50 Million has secured a multiple of projects.

Due to this organic growth and repeat business from key clients this has sparked an exciting opportunity to be part of a very successful team and will endeavour help progress your career into senior management.

The Site Manager would be expected to manage and assist with the delivery for projects up to £25 Million; due to the heavy work load they are seeking experienced and professional Senior Site Manager. Ideally located around the M25 corridor and willing to travel up to a hour, has a proven track record working either for a regional or national main contractor but also has good understanding and knowledge within the above sectors.

Candidate's experience:

* Managed or assisted with projects between £1 Million - £15 Million
* Previous experience working within the Commercial, Education, care home, industrial & leisure sector
* Worked within the a large team and managed either internal or external package up to £2Million
* Managed or assisted with Design & Build & JCT form of contracts
* Able to set up site, plan & deliver projects to program & to budget
* Able to use programming software (Asta / Microsoft projects)
* Setting up quality procedures and implementing heath & safety policy's
* Managing the project handover and ensuring a defect / snag free completion.
* Ability to Document & ensure all company producers are adhered to
