Fabric Engineer / Handyman|
Static Site Brighton
Our client is a regional Building Services provider. They have an excellent reputation within the region and provide all types of Engineers to their own client portfolios.
They are currently looking to recruit a Fabric Engineer for their Large Static Site working on their prestigious contract in the Brighton area.
Duties but not limited to:
Assist FM technicians in undertaking building fabric installation work
Work in conjunction with projects Team to support building fabric requirements for project works
General fabric duties
Basic Carpentry & Plumbing knowledge is essential
You will need at least 3 years knowledge and of working in the building services arena.
Qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in either Plumbing or Carpentry.
Current IPAF Card
You will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
This is a large site and vehicles are on site for use.
You will need to have a positive attitude towards your work responsibilities & adopt flexible working methods in order to meet the needs of the role. It is necessary that you have good communication skills together with strong problem solving abilities, as you will have regular client contact.
