rthirteen recruitment are working in partnership with a leading provider of restoration works in the social housing and public sector in their search for a Technical Coordinator. Joining a small and experienced team, the purpose of your role will be to develop and update technical operational work packages from tender specifications.

Duties to include:
*Interpretation of tender documents to translate into workable documents for operational team.
*Developing and keeping updated workable technical packages based on renewed information.
*Ascertaining any technical issues and risks, ensuring they are addressed and resolved.
*Ensuring updates on technical information are relayed to all relevant personnel.
*Acting as subject matter expert, providing information/guidance/ training to stakeholders.
*Monitoring multiple ongoing projects to assure that timeframes are being achieved to SLA's.
*Provision of support to surveyor teams, including the use of in house software.
*To continuously seek improvement within the company's processes and procedures.

You will have:
*Rounded working knowledge of building regulations and their application to projects.
*Proven record in reading, understanding and interpreting construction drawings.
*Adept prioritisation skills to manage conflicting priorities and workloads.
*Good problem solving skills, with the ability to recognise the most appropriate solution.
*Personal motivation to accomplish all set goals.
*Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and influence others.
*An energetic and enthusiastic approach at all times, setting expectations to others.
*Excellent IT Skills, with working knowledge of MS Office, Excel
*Experience of using CAD software packages is highly desirable.

This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm. The offered salary is up to £25,000 DOE. Free parking is available on site alongside benefits package including; 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off and a company pension scheme.
