Offering a full complement of services within M&E Contracting industry, ranging from Design through to project lifecycle of installation and maintenance to the Commercial, Industrial and Government sectors. Since joining the London market mid 2000's, our client has sustained year on year growth and now boasts a London Order book of over £40 million. Hugh growth is predicted over the next couple of years.

• Can identify the factors that influence construction costs, suggest alternatives and monitor and report on this data
• Proven ability of producing and or managing accurate tenders
• Able to successfully negotiate estimates and change orders with contractors
• Good knowledge of - and experience with - all methods of construction procurement
• Benchmarking for validation and target-setting
• Provide cost support to new innovative Research and Development engineering solutions
• Provide cost input into value engineering solutions
• Maintain central feedback and learning on cost estimating from prospects and projects and contribute to updating of "Best Practices" in estimating

• Preferably educated to ONC/HNC, Degree or above
• Ideally at least five years' experience with a National M&E contractor
• Able to demonstrate an extensive track record of project tenders within the M&E industry
• A strong understanding of Mechanical issues and trends in the construction sector, including specialist markets
• High personal standards and expectations
• Preferably knowledge of 'Estimation
