Are you an experienced lead generator within a B2B sector? Do you have experience in IT, Phones or EPOS? If so we would like to hear from you!

Our Client, based in Scunthorpe, is seeking 3 Lead Generators/Tele Canvassers (B2B) to join their team on a full time permanent basis with an immediate start.

You will be a first customer contact whose objective is to generate appointments with a view to turning them into sales. The role is target driven.

One of the roles will be a senior role and will have day to day responsibility for the other two roles.


Use a pre-prepared list to call Business to Business customers generate appointments for the Sales Team paying attention to agreed targets.
Follow up 'warm' leads provided by other Sales and Marketing team members.
Carry out telephone promotion of events held by the Company.
Contact customers and prospective customers to invite them to events held by the Company.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of the product range.

Senior Staff Member (in addition to the above)
Full day to day management of the team to include coaching, training and team motivation.
Prepare defined data for the team to carry out duties effectively.
Monitor the success of campaigns and provide feedback to the Directors.

GCSE English and Maths or equivalent essential

Sound knowledge of Business IT products and software products
Computer literate
High volume call taking
Professional, friendly and credible telephone manner
Ability to identify key decision makers
Ability to be able to create relationships at all levels by building trust quickly.
Ability to gather relevant information, overcome objections and close the appointment

Accounting Software
EPOS Systems
Photocopiers & Print Management

Self-motivated and target driven
Resilient - not give up in the face of adversity
Friendly and enthusiastic
Can do approach
Excellent telephone manner and able to use persuasive sales skills effectively.


Monday to Friday 8.45-5

22 days holiday, plus bank holidays
