A great opportunity to join a well respected IT Solutions Company in their Technical Support Centre where you will be responsible for providing Desktop support to a range of prestigious clients. This IT Helpdesk Support role also offers excellent prospects for future career development.

You will be logging and responding to calls, taking ownership of queries, identifying potential faults and priorities, checking information, working to SLAs, proactively managing Client updates and escalating more complex IT solutions needing resolution. You will be working to ensure customers receive the highest level of service. This will involve liaising with third parties and supporting other members of the team.

The successful candidate will experience in an IT Support role and have knowledge of Active Directory including password resets, Exchange and backups. You will need to have a professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and work well under pressure with great attention to detail
