My client is looking for a technical and service solution refresh for existing services.
It will move the client to the latest Microsoft technology sets and provide and evergreen service environment. As such the refresh includes migrating existing Fujitsu provided services to Office 365 and deploying a Win10 thick client estate plus refreshing the VDI/VCS services mainly used by their call centres.
The role is to act is the Deputy Delivery Technical Lead taking ownership through to delivery of an agreed subset of his current workload and allowing him to concentrate on specific concern areas to enable successful delivery of the programme
Job purpose & accountabilities:
Excellent leadership and presentational skills
Broad experience in leading successful customer negotiations and technical discussions/workshops
Ability to manage and integrate cross service line solution components and capabilities
Demonstrable experience in creating and managing a multi disciplined technical delivery team
experience in O365 migrations
Broad technical understanding of Microsoft technologies, Netapp,
Skills on the job:
Ability to manage at solution level with sufficient experience/breadth to be able to drill down and gain understanding of technical detail sufficient to allow informed judgement calls to be made
