EDRM Business Analyst Overview|
Buckinghamshire County Council's Applications Team are hiring for an EDRMS Business Analyst for Content Server 10.5 (Livelink).
About the EDRM Business Analyst role
In this role you'll ensure the provision of advice and support to business users. You'll support the Corporate Solutions Manager in implementing strategies and standards, and the preparation of business and technical specifications that meet customer needs and objectives. Our use of EDRMS is growing and you will have opportunities to support existing users as well as introducing new teams to the benefits of EDRM.
You'll act as a Business Analyst on behalf of the Content Server 10.5 (Livelink) application. You'll take responsibility for analysing the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help identify the business problems and propose solutions, using the disciplines of business analysis. You'll provide customer advice and support to the services, managing workloads in accordance with agreed prioritisation methods, standards, authorised procedures and all relevant legislation and to ensure the delivery of work is in accordance with agreed specifications and timetables.
