Senior Service Desk Analyst - Cambridge - £25,000 - £30,000

CAMBRIDGE, United Kingdom - As a Senior Service Desk Analyst, you will be the escalation contact for the 1st Line team for complex issues and work closely with the Service Desk manager to delegate work across the team and assist with ongoing projects.

Ideally you will have extensive experience supporting Mac and Windows users as well as Linux being a desirable. You will have the ability to manage and prioritise tasks as well as mentoring, guiding and training less experienced members of the team.


- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Previous experience in a service Desk environment

- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Outlook and Exchange

- Experience using Windows Server as well as deployment of VMWare
