We are currently recruiting for a Service Assurance Analyst 24/7 to join an Operations Centre and provide Change / Incident ans Problem Management services.|
Working on a shift pattern you will act as an escalation point for customers and also assist shift members in prioritising their workload to achieve SLA's. You will do this by ensuring all incidents across the business are effectively and efficiently coordinated.
As a Service Assurance Analyst 24/7 you will ensure good ticket management and excellent levels of customer service.
In order to be the successful Service Assurance Analyst 24/7 you will demonstrate:
* Understanding of ITIL processes (Foundation V3 or above)
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Background of providing Incident, Change and Problem Management within a Managed Services environment
* Understanding of IT Technologies such as Networking / Storage etc.
